Founded & owned by home chef Tamanna Moolchandani, Singaporean nationality, however originally her ancestral roots are of South Asian descent; her flare for South East Asian flavours comes from her 20-odd years growing up in Singapore.
Caffè971 is a bespoke F&B homegrown brand founded in 2017. As a pilot & trail project, we had a container restaurant at Emaar’s Nshama Town Square for over 2 years.
